Kutu knows that it is natural to feel a bit of confusion, a little fear, and a lot of uncertainty when you are on the brink of something new. That is all part of the transformation process. It’s why she loves what she does: stepping in as a strategic partner, asking the tough questions to sharpen goals, sharing resources that light the way, and providing steady encouragement every step of the way.

With nearly 20 years in Human Resources—partnering with early‑ and mid‑career professionals (as well as the leaders who guide them) across healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond—Kutu has seen firsthand how a single fresh insight can change everything. Today, she brings those insider perspectives (from both the employer and candidate sides) directly to clients, so they can move forward with purpose and confidence.

 

Along the way, she earned her Coaching Certification from Northwestern University, a masters degree in Human Resources Management from North Park University, and a Marketing degree from Trinity Christian College. She’s also SPHR‑certified and trained in Wiley DISC, Korn Ferry 360, Hogan Leadership, Gallup StrengthsFinder, Myers‑Briggs, Communication Styles, and Reflected Best Self—tools that have deepened her own self‑awareness and now help clients uncover their natural strengths and blind spots.
